In order to be able to use the VetTube platform, you need to have the following minimal requirements:
• Compatible browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari
• Adobe Flash Player or a navigator that supports Html5
• Internet connexion with a debit of 450+ Kbps (SD) or 1+ Mbps (HD)

Non-subscribers: On the homepage, without having created an account, you have access to the trailers, short summaries…, in an unlimited way. However, to receive an extended access to the videos and to benefit from all functionalities, we invite you to create a free account by following the below instructions:
- Click on “Create account” at the top of the page;
- Fill in the requested fields;
- Click on “I confirm the registration”.
To get access to the videos, it is necessary to log into the website. You can do this by choosing “login” at the top of the website, by introducing your e-mail address and your password.
Once you are connected, you can watch all free videos! In case of pay-per-view videos, you will be asked to add them to your shopping cart for a secure payment.
(Future) subsribers: You would like to benefit from the VetTube novelties throughout the year?
It is possible to become a privileged “DUO” or “TEAM” member.
For all information on our subscription formulas, log into to your personal account and click on the button « subscribe » at the top of the page.
If you can’t remember your password, you can select “password lost” when you try to log in to the website. There we ask you to enter the e-mail address you used during the registration. You will receive an e-mail that allows you to reinitialize the password.

Vettube:
- contains videos in several languages;
- contains videos about different species (small animals, horses, cattle, …);
- has different types of content (scientific as well as technical and professional-management);
- contains free as well as pay-per-view content;
- and contains certified and non-certified videos.
The certified videos give entitlement to Credits of Continuing Education - Points de Formation Continue Certifiée (PFCC) (equivalent EBP= Erkende BijscholingsPunten). The number of points to obtain from a video is mentioned for each video. To obtain these points, you need to succeed the evaluation test for the video in question (see further explanations in the “eLearning” part).
There are 2 types of videos on VetTube (You can filter the videos following these 2 types by clicking on the buttons of the same name that you can find at the top of the website):
- Webinars: conferences with a duration generally between 16 minutes and 2 hours;
- How to: these videos demonstrate a specific action (for example, take a urine sample).
You can find a video by:
- going through the list of videos (Webinars and/or how to);
- introducing a search term in the search bar;
- searching based on several parameters (such as the desired domain, species, language, certified or not, …). You can do this by clicking on the ‘+’-symbol in the search bar and selecting the desired parameters.
You can check out the trailer and summary for each video before watching / buying the full video.

Non-subsribers: In case of a free video, it suffices to log into the website and to open the video to be able to watch it.
In case of a pay-per-view video, a secure payment system is at your disposal for paying your orders.
If you wish to purchase a video, simply click on the « buy » button next to the video. The video will be immediately added to your shopping cart. To go to the payment, log into the website and go to your shopping cart. Then fill in the requested fields and follow the payment instructions. If you have a discount voucher, you can indicate the code in the “voucher” field. The amount of the voucher will be automatically deducted from the purchase. If the value of the voucher is higher than the video price, the difference remains usable for a later purchase, until the expiration date of the voucher of course.
Once the payment has been completed, the video is at your disposal for consultation during a period of 15 calendar days.
After having purchased a video, the invoice will be at your disposal online through the section “My purchases”.
(Future) subscribers: To benefit from the VetTube novelties throughout the year, it is possible to become a privileged “DUO” or “TEAM” member. The subscriptions DUO & TEAM give you right to an unlimited access to the majority of pay-per-view videos for minimum 2 users. The subscription “TEAM” even gives you a personalized access for 5 users!!
It is possible to become member for a period of one month or one year. To subscribe, please log into your account and click on “subsribe” at the top of the page. Then choose the formula that suits you the best and follow the payment instructions.
Once the payment has been accepted, you will have a DUO or TEAM access to our videos. To consult a video, click on the button “Included” and confirm your selection. Then the video will remain available during one week in your personal account. After this period, you can of course repeat the same process as many times as you like as long as the subscription period has not expired.
A purchased video is available in the section « my videos » during a period of 15 days (or one week for DUO and TEAM members, a period that is renewable until the end of the subscription period)
2 viewing manners are possible:
- Free viewing (without interruption by questions and no possibility to obtain Credits of Continuing Education)
- eLearning mode (navigation through the video is limited, multiple choice questions are displayed during / at the end of the video or the chapters)
In case of a certified course (which give entitlement to PFCC or equivalent EBP), you can only obtain your education credits by following the video in the eLearning mode and by answering correctly the questions at the end (of each chapter). You need to obtain at least 60% for this evaluation test. In case of an unsatisfactory outcome, it is authorized to submit the multiple choice questions a second time, after having watched the video/chapters for the second time. Thus, in case of eLearning you have 2 chances to obtain your education credits and corresponding certificate.
To activate the eLearning mode, you log in to the website, go to the (purchased) video from which you can obtain credits of continuing education and click on the red tab « eLearning » that you can find under the video. Then you click on “Activate the eLearning mode”. It is now up to you to follow the conference and answer to the questions in order to obtain your certificate.
Your invoices and obtained certificates can be consulted and printed in your personal user zone. Log in to the website and click on the button that contains your name at the top of the page. Here you can find the “My purchases” and “eLearning” parts, that contain the necessary documents.
